Lauren P. McGuire of Salyersville is facing a disorderly conduct charge after Magoffin County sheriff’s deputies responded to a disturbance on Litteral Fork. According to the citation, dispatch received reports that McGuire had been yelling and cursing for two to three hours and had been involved in a dispute with her boyfriend. A deputy reported finding McGuire near a neighboring driveway with several bags. The citation states McGuire continued yelling and cursing after the deputy arrived and was taken into custody.
