Samantha J. Thomas of Paintsville is facing a theft charge after police investigated the reported theft of motorcycle parts valued at approximately $800. According to the citation, a victim reported seeing Thomas take miscellaneous Harley motorcycle parts from outside his residence. Police say video footage also showed Thomas taking items from the property.
