The Magoffin County Sheriff’s Office says Deputy Lafferty found a woman apparently passed out behind the wheel at the Elk Creek BP. During the investigation, deputies reported finding suspected methamphetamine, several grams of suspected fentanyl, Xanax, digital scales, small baggies and syringes.
