Rose M. Lykins of Salyersville is facing four drug-related charges after a Magoffin County sheriff’s deputy reported finding her passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle at the Elk Creek BP. According to the citation, a search of the vehicle allegedly uncovered suspected methamphetamine, suspected fentanyl, pills, syringes, digital scales, snort straws and multiple baggies.
