According to the citation, a deputy encountered Conley at Hot Rod’s Pizza after receiving an earlier complaint about suspicious activity. Dispatch advised Conley had an active arrest warrant. During the encounter, another deputy allegedly saw Conley place an item inside his sock. Two pills believed to be Loratab were reportedly found concealed there.
