The Magoffin County Sheriff’s Office says Deputy Tyler Lafferty and Deputy Eugene Salyer stopped a black four-wheeler being operated without tail lights. During the investigation, deputies say methamphetamine was seized from both the operator and passenger. Both individuals were taken into custody and charged.
