W.R. Castle Fire & Rescue, Oil Springs Fire & Rescue and Paintsville-Johnson County Emergency Management recently held a water rescue training class at Paintsville Lake. Crews also demonstrated a new handheld sonar water-detection device that could assist search efforts during drowning incidents.
