Robert A. Hall of Floyd County is facing four drug-related charges following a traffic stop on US 23 in Paintsville. According to the citation, Paintsville Police stopped a pickup after observing that its rear registration plate was not illuminated. Police reported finding suspected methamphetamine, pills believed to be Xanax and Suboxone, a glass pipe and other suspected controlled substances during searches of Hall and the vehicle.
