Roger D. Johnson of Floyd County is facing multiple charges following a traffic stop on US 23 in Paintsville. According to the citation, Paintsville Police stopped Johnson after observing that the pickup’s rear registration plate was not illuminated. Police reported finding suspected methamphetamine, pills believed to be Suboxone, a glass pipe and other suspected controlled substances inside the vehicle.
