John David Clark of Martin County is facing drug charges after deputies reportedly found him passed out in a vehicle at the Warfield Dairy Bar. According to the citation, the Martin County Sheriff’s Office reported finding pills, cash and two small bags containing a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine.
