The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet’s District 10 has announced several locations where drivers may encounter delays Wednesday, Sept. 23. Crews are scheduled to work in the following areas: * Magoffin: KY 2019 between mile points 1 and 2. * Estill: KY 89 between mile points 11 and 12. * Lee: Mowing on KY 52 and drainage work countywide. * Menifee: Drainage work countywide. * Morgan: Mowing on KY 711 and tree and brush removal on KY 172 and KY 589. * Owsley: KY 1071 between mile points 0 and 1, with mowing on KY 846, KY 1350 and KY 1503. * Perry: KY 451, KY 1146 and KY 2021. Drivers should use caution and watch for highway crews and equipment in work zones.
