Tristan J. Williams of Salyersville is facing two charges following an alleged domestic violence incident on Litteral Fork Road. According to the Magoffin County Sheriff’s Department citation, Williams and his girlfriend gave differing accounts of a physical altercation. The woman alleged Williams grabbed her around the neck, pushed her against a stove and caused her to briefly lose consciousness. The citation states she later fired approximately two to three rounds into the air after Williams allegedly threatened her and her daughter.
