Justin Fitzpatrick of Louisa is facing a felony criminal mischief charge after police alleged he broke a window at Sinless Sweets & Twisted Treats Bakery. According to the complaint warrant, Fitzpatrick allegedly punched the bakery’s front window but did not break it. Police allege he then picked up a softball-sized rock and threw it through the window. The complaint states the incident was captured by surveillance cameras at two nearby businesses and alleges the damage caused a loss of $500 or more.
