Eastern Kentucky is in for a mostly dry and increasingly warm week, with high pressure expected to keep rain away until at least Friday. The National Weather Service in Jackson says highs will climb from the 70s today into the 80s Tuesday and Wednesday, with some locations approaching the upper 80s Thursday.
