The Magoffin County Relatives as Parents Program (RAPP) Support Group will meet Tuesday, Sept. 29, at the Magoffin County Health Department. The meeting is open to anyone serving in a parental role to students in Magoffin County. Refreshments and registration begin at 10:30 a.m., with the speaker beginning at 11 a.m. Attendees can learn about available community support and assistance, with refreshments and door prizes also planned.
