🚨 KENTUCKY STATE TROOPER KILLED IN LINE OF DUTY, ARMED SUSPECT SOUGHT Kentucky State Police is mourning the loss of Trooper Hayden Phillips, Unit 369, who was killed Monday during an attack while patrolling Interstate 65 in Warren County. Phillips was assigned to KSP Post 3 in Bowling Green and joined Kentucky State Police in 2023. KSP has identified the suspect as Emonnie Branch. Authorities say he should be considered armed and dangerous and may be traveling in a bluish-gray Honda Civic with Alabama temporary tag TN018596. Anyone who sees Branch or the vehicle should not approach and should call 911 immediately. The investigation and search remain ongoing.
