Ja’Juan Williams of Castlewood, Virginia, was charged after Kentucky State Police reported discovering multiple bags of marijuana during a traffic stop on U.S. 23 in Louisa. According to the citation, a search of the vehicle uncovered three duffel bags containing vacuum-sealed raw marijuana, additional bags of marijuana buds, and marijuana vape cartridges. Williams was charged with: • TRAF IN MARIJUANA ( > 5 LBS.) 1ST OFF A second occupant of the vehicle, Abigail M. Dickenson, was also charged in connection with the incident.
