As of 10:30 a.m. Saturday, the Jenny Wiley Festival Parade is continuing as scheduled, according to Prestonsburg Police. 📍 Lineup begins at 2 p.m. near the old Food Stamp Office at North Lake Drive and University Drive 🎉 Parade begins at 3 p.m. 🚧 Roads will close at 2:30 p.m., with Lake Drive expected to become impassable around 2:40 p.m. Police say rain chances during the parade are currently around 50 to 60%, so those attending should plan accordingly.
