Paintsville High School students have completed the first snowplow design of this year’s Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Paint the Plow program. Featuring Paintsville’s signature tiger stripes, the colorful plow carries the message: “Tiger tough. Winter wise. Play it safe on snow and ice.” Transportation officials praised the students for completing the project in record time and delivering an important winter safety message.
