Floyd County voters will have several opportunities to cast their ballots ahead of the November 3 General Election. 📅 EXCUSED EARLY VOTING October 21, 22, 23, 26, 27 and 28 ⏰ 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. 📍 Floyd County Clerk’s Office, 149 South Central Avenue, Prestonsburg 📅 NO-EXCUSE EARLY VOTING October 29, 30 and 31 ⏰ 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Voters may cast their ballots at any of these four locations: • Prestonsburg: Big Sandy ADD, 110 Resource Drive, Suite 101 • Martin/Langley: Floyd County Community Center, 7199 KY 80 • McDowell: County Clerk’s Branch Office, 9660 KY 122, Suite 4 • Betsy Layne: County Clerk’s Branch Office, 11105 US 23 No excuse is required to vote during the October 29-31 period.
