Breathitt County Judge-Executive Jeff Noble has died at the age of 65, according to WYMT. Noble passed away Thursday afternoon, Oct. 15, while nearing the end of his second term in office. During his tenure, Noble led Breathitt County through the COVID-19 pandemic and multiple natural disasters, including the devastating July 2022 floods.
