Officials are asking anyone with information or security camera footage from the Lacy Ridge area between 4:30 a.m. and 8 a.m. on Wednesday, October 28, to contact the water district. 📞 (606) 349-6812 The district reports that similar thefts have occurred previously and plans to file a police report.
