Kentucky high school juniors can now apply for the 2027 Governor’s Scholars Program, a free summer residential experience designed to provide students with academic enrichment, leadership development, and a taste of college life. The program is open to eligible students attending public, private, or homeschool programs who plan to return to a Kentucky school for their senior year. Applicants will need to complete an online application, submit a personal profile and writing entry, and obtain teacher and community recommendations. Interested students are encouraged to contact their school counselors for application information and school-specific deadlines. The application and instructions are also available through the QR code on the accompanying flyer.
