The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has announced that KY 1081 in Magoffin County will reopen to traffic by 5:00 p.m. today, Friday, November 6. The roadway has been closed for several weeks while crews completed a culvert replacement project. Motorists should be able to resume travel along the route following its scheduled reopening.
