Say What?
According to recent headlines, Trump has stated that all Americans will be “beautifully covered under his replacement for the ACA.
Trump is quoted as saying,“The Congress can’t get cold feet because the people will not let that happen. It’s very much formulated down to the final strokes. We haven’t put it in quite yet but we’re going to be doing it soon.”
The President
Vowed that his replacement plan will feature “lower numbers, lower deductibles” and attempted to reassure those currently covered under the ACA that he has everything under control.
“It’s not going to be their [ACA] plan. It’ll be another plan. But they’ll be beautifully covered. I don’t want single-payer. What I do want is to be able to take care of people.”
To be fair, if Trump does succeed in lowering both deductibles and premiums, then he will be the first ever to do so. Something that nearly every expert and economist across the US has deemed impossible. Trumpcare doesn’t seem possible to me.
Trumpcare Conclusion
The question that has to be answered now is, how does one do such a thing without the initiation of a single payer system?
What do you think?
